Please expect approximately a 2-week delay on most orders, as these items ship to us from Spain before we can ship them to you. Once in our hands, orders ship within the USA — no additional tariffs or customs fees.
Shipping costs are now calculated based on your package’s size, weight, and destination to keep pricing transparent and accurate. While our free shipping offer has retired, we’ve worked hard to keep rates as reasonable as possible.
International friends: any duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by your country and are your responsibility. We’ll handle the rest with care!
Certain product lines are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may incur additional shipping costs.
The most important takeaway is to know that we will ship your item within 24 hours of it arriving to our warehouse. We have NO CONTROL over when the manufacturers and makers are able to ship the product to us. Kindly refrain from follow up messages. Thank you.
