Refund policy
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund upon approval. We work hard to ensure that your shipment is correct, so we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items must be received in original re-sellable condition, AND in it's original and complete, product packaging. Returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of 10%, shipping costs and any special offer reimbursements from the original order. Seasonal merchandise, special orders, made-to-order items (art poles, floor vinyls, etc.), sale, clearance, used, items missing their product packing, and gift with purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return requests must be received within 48 hours of package delivery. When requesting a return, please provide your order number, and the item you would like to return. Upon return approval you may sent a return label, if you ship a return on your own, you are responsible for the shipment. You should expect to receive your refund within five business days of when your return is received.
*If your return is from an order in which a gift with purchase, discount code, or special offer, the value of such would be deducted from the refund total. Not all discount codes can be reissued or used on a future order. If you have questions regarding your order please contact us at hello@kinksandquirks.com.
Refunds will be provided to your original payment method unless it is agreed to be issued as Kinks and Quirks store credit.

Exchanges
Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, but must also be requested via email within 48 hours unless otherwise approved prior to purchase. You may be asked to cover shipping charges and billed via PayPal or a custom website listing.
Refused Packages & Return To Sender
If a package is refused or the incorrect address is entered at checkout the customer will be held responsible to pay all shipping costs and any additional shipping costs. All costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will not be processed until the products are received. Please allow us 48 hours to process your return, and when it appears back in your bank account depends on your bank’s processing time.
Exclusions to these Terms
*All custom items, those noted final sale, or clearance items from any sale department are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. No exceptions. Any items sent without approval which meets these guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. The following items are also nonreturnable and nonrefundable, gift cards or certificates, hair accessories, beauty or make-up, used seasonal items, items damaged by the receiver, items that meet exclusion requirements based on our return policy above, and on a case by case basis, items sent without approval.
