Shipping policy
We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably! To ensure fair and accurate pricing in today's market, our shipping costs are now calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your package. While we've had to adjust our previous free shipping offer, we're dedicated to providing reasonable shipping options. If you feel your shipping cost doesn't align with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out via our chat feature – we're happy to assist!
When you place an order, we will ship out in-stock items within two business days. Many of the items on our website are made to order and can take up to eight weeks for delivery. If your order is time-sensitive, please check in with us before ordering so we can inform you of any possible delays and alternative options.
Once your order has been placed, it is very difficult for us to make changes to your order due to the quantity of orders we process and our packing system. Before confirming your order, please ensure all shipping, discount codes and items in your cart are correct.
Please note, while we try to check messages in a timely manner, we are a small team who processes hundreds of queries and requests a day. As business hours and volume dictate, we may not be able to process your request for 24-48 hours. If you need to cancel an order, please bear with us, and we will do our best to assist you with that before your order might ship.
As long as your items are not Final Sale, you may send it back for an exchange or refund after receiving it (shipping charges and any restocking fees are non-refundable). See our return policy for more details.
Many of our items are made to order, or are perhaps product which will be released for an upcoming season. We do our best to note when you might be able to expect an item, but this turn around time can vary. If your order is of a time sensitive nature, please contact us through our chat feature first to check its status.
Additionally, our system does not allow us to hold charges for preorder items so you can expect to see a charge upon completing your order, at which point we will begin processing.
International orders maybe held until all items are available to ship. If you would like to split your international order, please reach out to us at hello@kinksandquirks.com, and we can make postage payment arrangements.
International Customers
World-wide Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are some restrictions, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please reach out before ordering if your international shipment will need special attention. For international tracking, please use the following website - http://www.goglobalpost.com. Current estimated lead times for USPS First Class International is 2-4 weeks. Additional fee services offered are USPS Priority International (2-3 weeks) and DHL Express (1-2 weeks, depending locality). These lead times can change based on holidays or real world events.
Customs and Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary but are most commonly based on the price and type of item.
We are unable to predict which fees, if any, will be applied, and have no way to calculate what you might be charged. Often you are notified by your home country's postal service of any additional fees you might have to pay before you receive your items. We are very happy to ship worldwide, and do our best to make sure customs forms are filled out correctly. Paying import or customs fees is not unusual, and if you order out of country often, you are likely to have experienced this already.
Delays in customs are possible with international orders, which can impact delivery times. We have no control over fees or delays. Contacting your local customs office can provide additional information.
If you refuse to pay customs, your order will be returned to Quirks by local postal service. Additional fees will be incurred and deducted from your refund or billed to you. You will not be refunded until your order has returned to us, and the amount refunded will be subjected to restocking fees, and dependent in the condition in which it is received.
How We Ship International Orders
Our first class international orders are picked up on a weekly schedule, depending on the time of year. If you need your item expedited, please chat with us for options. We're happy to help!
