How to Use
Swirl a fan brush or highlighting brush across the baked surface. Tap off excess. Apply to the high points of the face — cheekbones, brow bones, nose bridge, and inner corners. The Bubble Beam formula is particularly beautiful when layered — start with a sheer coat and build for more bubble-like luminosity.
