Pre-Order Items
Many of our items are listed as pre-orders due to high demand. These items often sell out before arriving in our inventory.
- Estimated Shipping Dates: We anticipate shipping Halloween items by the end of August and Christmas items by mid-October. Please note these are estimates and may vary.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation upon placing your pre-order.
- Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of placing your pre-order.
- Shipping Delays: We will do our best to adhere to estimated shipping dates, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
- Product Availability: While we strive to fulfill all pre-orders, there is a possibility that an item may become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified and offered a full refund.
- Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation. However, we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests prior to the item entering the shipping process. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
- Split Shipments: Due to the rising costs of shipping, we try to avoid split shipments. We assess orders as items arrive and make a judgment call on whether to split-ship available items.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping Information
To offer free shipping on orders over $95, we utilize a combination of UPS and USPS services. Many of our shipments are sent via UPS SurePost, a cost-effective shipping method.
- UPS SurePost Shipping: With UPS SurePost, your package is initially handled by the USPS before being transferred to UPS for final delivery. While you will receive a UPS tracking number, it may take 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update as the package transitions between carriers. This method provides reliable and affordable shipping, allowing us to offer free shipping on eligible orders.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping methods and potential tracking delays associated with UPS SurePost and GlobalPost on international orders. If you need faster shipping times, we recommend that you upgrade your shipping method.
International Shipping Information
To offer competitive shipping rates on international orders, we utilize GlobalPost for our shipping services.
- GlobalPost Shipping: GlobalPost is a reliable and cost-effective shipping method that allows us to offer free shipping on most international orders over $95. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.
- Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number for your order. However, please be aware that it may take up to two weeks for the tracking information to update. This is due to customs clearance processes in the destination country. Once the package clears customs, the tracking information will begin to update.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping methods, potential tracking delays, and customs clearance processes associated with GlobalPost. You are also responsible for any duties assessed by your home country.
Oversized Shipping Costs
We strive to provide accurate shipping costs at checkout and free shipping whenever possible. However, due to the rising costs and complexities of shipping, unforeseen circumstances may arise where the actual shipping costs drastically exceeds our initial estimate.
In the unlikely event that we encounter an unexpectedly high shipping charge for your order, we will contact you promptly to discuss your options. These options may include:
- Sharing the Cost: You may be asked to contribute 50% towards the additional shipping cost.
- Order Cancellation: We may offer a full refund if the increased shipping cost is excessive.
We understand that this is not ideal, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding and support as we work to minimize these occurrences.
