How fast do you ship?
When you place an order, we will ship out in-stock items within two business days. Many of the items on our website are made to order and can take up to four weeks for delivery. If you believe you need to upgrade your shipping please email our shipping specialist Amber! email@example.com If your order is time-sensitive, please check in with us before ordering so we can inform you of any possible delays and alternative options.
I don't see a refund from an order I placed using Afterpay or Paypal "Pay in 4" options.
These third party payment methods process refunds in a unique way, please read details here, and reach out to their customer service if needed.
I’d like to cancel or change my order.
Once your order has been placed, it is very difficult for us to make changes to your order due to the quantity of orders we process and our packing system. Before confirming your order, please ensure all shipping, discount codes and items in your cart are correct.
Please note, while we try to check messages in a timely manner, we are a small team who processes hundreds of queries and requests a day. As business hours and volume dictate, we may not be able to process your request for 24-48 hours. If you need to cancel an order, please bear with us, and we will do our best to assist you with that before your order might ship.
As long as your items are not Final Sale, you may send it back for an exchange or refund after receiving it (shipping charges and any restocking fees are non-refundable). See our return policy for more details.
Why does this item say it’s preorder?
*Many of our items are made to order, or are perhaps product which will be released for an upcoming season. We do our best to note when you might be able to expect an item, but this turn around time can vary. If your order is of a time sensitive nature, please email us first to check it’s status. firstname.lastname@example.org
*Additionally, our system does not allow us to hold charges for preorder items (like Amazon for example) so you can expect to see a charge upon completing your order, at which point we will begin processing.
*International orders maybe held until all items are available to ship. If you would like to split your international order, please reach out to email@example.com and we can make postage payment arrangements.
What's your Return Policy?
You may return most new, unused items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund upon approval. We work hard to ensure that your shipment is correct, so we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items must be received in original re-sellable condition, AND in it's original and complete, product packaging. Returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of 10%, shipping costs and any special offer reimbursements from the original order. Seasonal merchandise, special orders, made-to-order items (art poles, floor vinyls, etc.), sale, clearance, used, items missing their product packing, and gift with purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return requests must be received within 48 hours of package delivery. When requesting a return, please provide your order number, and the item you would like to return. Upon return approval you may sent a return label, if you ship a return on your own, you are responsible for the shipment. You should expect to receive your refund within five business days of when your return is received.
*If your return is from an order in which a gift with purchase, discount code, or special offer, the value of such would be deducted from the refund total. Not all discount codes can be reissued or used on a future order. If you have questions regarding your order please contact us.
Refunds will be provided your original payment method unless it is agreed to be issued as Kinks and Quirks store credit.
Can I exchange something?
Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, but must also be requested via email within 48 hours unless otherwise approved prior to purchase. You may be asked to cover shipping charges and billed via PayPal or a custom website listing.
Why is this item nonreturnable?
*All custom items, those noted final sale, or clearance items from any sale department are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. No exceptions. Any items sent without approval which meets these guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. The following items are also nonreturnable and nonrefundable, gift cards or certificates, hair accessories, beauty or make-up, used seasonal items, items damaged by the receiver, items that meet exclusion requirements based on our return policy above, and on a case by case basis, items sent without approval.
*All items priced $x.05 should be considered final sale items if not noted otherwise.
Refused Packages & Return To Sender
If a package is refused or the incorrect address is entered at checkout the customer will be held responsible to pay all shipping costs and any additional shipping costs. All costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will not be processed until the products are received. Please allow us 48 hours to process your return, and when it appears back in your bank account depends on your bank’s processing time.
What about taxes?
*Taxes are calculated according to the state and county tax laws in which the order is being shipped. Tax-exempt organizations must contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing an order. Tax-exempt status documents, and organization contacts will be required. Taxes will not be refunded after the order has been completed.
